A yoga studio: a schedule that shows which places are free
A website for a yoga and Pilates studio. Instead of “call us to find out the schedule” there is a table of classes by day, where each one shows the time, the style, the teacher and how many places are left. Booking takes two clicks, with no account and no password.
A studio lives off its schedule,
so here the schedule comes first.
If the schedule is not on the site, a person sends a DM, waits for an answer, and half of those people never make it to a class.
- A schedule with the free placesDays switch at the top. Each row has the time, the style, the teacher and how many places are left. The booking button sits right there in the row.
- The styles in plain wordsFor each one it says who it suits and what happens in the class. No Sanskrit and no promises to change your life.
- PassesA single class, eight classes, unlimited. All the options in one list with prices, so nobody has to hunt around the page.
- Who teachesFour teachers with their styles and experience. It is easier to walk in when you are going to a particular person.
- Questions before a first class“I am not flexible at all”, “my lower back hurts”, “what should I bring”. The six most common ones, folded into a list.
- Two languagesThe whole site is translated into English, with the switch at the bottom of the page.
The screenshots are taken
from the live site.
First screen
The week's schedule is the first screen. People come to a studio for one answer — when can I come — and it is right there, together with the free places and the booking button.
Passes
Eight rows, from a trial class to unlimited for three months. It says separately that a pass can be frozen for two weeks through the app, with no explanations and no phone calls.

On a phone
People check the schedule from a phone, often on the move. On a narrow screen a class row folds into a card, and the booking button stays big enough for a thumb.
A class only earns money
when someone books it in time.
The free places are visible
Nobody asks “is there a place on Tuesday”, they can see it. The question that used to eat up the administrator's day is gone.
Booking in two clicks
No account and no password. Every extra step between wanting to come and being booked in takes away a share of the people who had already decided to come.
An empty class shows up in advance
When tomorrow has only two bookings, the studio can see that too. There is time to put out a word on social media instead of teaching a class of three.
In the first three months after launch there were 15–25% more bookings.
We can do the same for your studio
Yoga, dance, a gym, a music school — anything with a schedule and booking. Tell us how many rooms and teachers you have.
